Remote Support
Welcome to the Solution Stars Remote Support System. This system allows a Solution Stars technician to connect to your PC and assist with problems.
Once the session has ended, the remote software will automatically be removed from your system. Solution Stars charges a connection fee for this service, although there are no hourly charges or other fees. To inquire about fees, please call our business office at 303-973-3097.
After you click on the link below, the installation process will begin. In the dialog box that will appear select the "Open" or "Run from
this location" option.
Note: If you get a warning that says that the
application is unknown, please select Accept/Allow button. This is simply a
security warning to make sure you know who you are
downloading from.
This software does not interfere with the normal operation of
your computer and will NOT stay installed after the remote session has
ended.
You may get another dialog box asking if you want to run this
program. Please select "Open" or "Run".
